Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account, using Wristy, or continuing past this screen, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Wristy Terms and Conditions, and the Apple standard EULA made available with the app.

If you do not agree, do not use Wristy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by the law where you live if it is higher.

If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement on your own, you may use Wristy only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

Your Account

• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it reasonably current.
• Use only accounts that belong to you, unless Wristy has expressly authorized a business or shared account format.
• Protect your login credentials and your device.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except to the extent caused by Wristy's own fault.

License to Use Wristy

Subject to these terms, Wristy grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and service for their intended purpose.

This license does not give you ownership of Wristy's software, branding, interfaces, source code, or other intellectual property.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create and submit to Wristy, subject to the rights needed for Wristy to operate the service.

By uploading or sending content through Wristy, you grant Wristy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, format, transmit, display, perform, distribute, and moderate that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, back up, and enforce the service.

This license is limited to operating and protecting Wristy and does not state that Wristy may sell your content to third parties for unrelated commercial exploitation.

What You May Not Do

• Break the law or encourage others to do so.
• Post or send content you do not have the right to share.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation, ownership, or authenticity.
• Interfere with the service, reverse engineer it except where law clearly allows, scrape it at scale, or bypass security or rate limits.
• Upload malware, phishing content, or material intended to exploit users or systems.
• Use Wristy as a marketplace, escrow desk, brokerage, or payment channel unless Wristy later launches an official commerce feature in writing.

Moderation and Enforcement

Wristy may review reports, investigate misuse, remove content, limit distribution, revoke features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when Wristy reasonably believes this is necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or protect the service.

Wristy may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, enforce rules, respond to legal process, or address safety risks.

Third-Party Services

Wristy depends on third-party services and app-store platforms. Wristy is not responsible for outages, content, policies, or actions of third-party services except as required by law.

Your use of Google Sign-In, Apple devices, and similar third-party products may also be governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

Availability and Changes

Wristy may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Wristy does not promise that any feature, storage path, social graph, or message history will always remain available.

Wristy may also update these terms. If a new version requires renewed consent, Wristy may block further use until you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using Wristy at any time. Wristy may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for users or the service, or if Wristy decides to stop providing the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement rights, will survive.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wristy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Wristy does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, permanent storage, complete security, or that content posted by users will be accurate, authentic, legal, or safe.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wristy and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount allowed by applicable law.
